Responsibilities
- Help identify daily operational issues.
- Support basic process mapping and problem documentation.
- Assist projects and small improvements.
- Maintain documentation and status tracking.
- Support quick-win digital use cases.
- Assist testing, UAT, feedback, and reporting.
- Support training and digital tool adoption.
Qualifications
No expereince needed! Fresh Gradute with interest in Automation, AI and Digitalize are eager to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business, IT, Engineering, Data, Digital, etc.). Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willing and Interest to learn automation, data/reporting, and AI tools (e.g. Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot).
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and office tools.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Good English proficiency with minimum TOEIC score of 600.
