Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate screening and selection through onboarding and start-of-work activities.
- Support Organization Development (OD) initiatives including execution, and analysis of Employee Engagement Surveys.
- Coordinate and support training programs and workshops aimed at developing employee and leadership capabilities.
- Design and produce internal communication materials using digital tools (e.g. Canva, video editing software) to enhance employee understanding and positive organizational culture.
- Support and organize company-wide activities to ensure they are modern, engaging, and aligned with corporate culture.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (HR Analytics) to prepare reports and provide improvement recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields. Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Good English proficiency with a TOEIC score minimum of 600.
- Able to use digital content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other video-editing software.
- Excellent presentation and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive mindset with creativity, adaptability, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.
