Responsibilities
- Set up activity according to the Section objective
- Action and follow up the activity as plan
- Update and summarize the activity
Indirect Material stock Control
- (Packing/Paint/Chemical)
- Summarize quantity by material by supplier
- Calculate material usage and stock balance for order
- indirect material.
- Follow up and cooperate with supplier for delivery on time.
Control the correspondent of part price and material cost
- Request and find suitable quotation from indirect material supplier.
- Issue appecet price when supplier have some change
- (Annual price, CD/CU and other).
Provide to supply good quality of Raw material
- Order base on the spec and confirmation from MOE.
- Coordinate with indirect material suppliers to improve quality problem.
Strengthen good relation all with supplier
- Good understand and support
- Prompt action for problem solving with supplier
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in Procurement/Purchasing or Strategic Sourcing for at least 2 years.
- Experience in Raw material & Indirect materials procurement will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Ability to analyze costs, pricing, and market trends.
- Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/SAP systems.
- Proficiency in Digital tools such as Power BI and RPA will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 600) for communication and documentation.
