Responsibilities

Monitoring and Follow up
  1. To Control the progress of import shipment plan
  2. Control daily parts delivery to be in accordance with the plan
  3. Control invoices for customs processes as planned
  4. To control shipment date & quantity as plan with
  5. YMAC/Supplier as plan.

Controlling

  1. To control shipment and deliver of import shipment to TYM as plan
  2. Control invoices after customs processes to Accouting as plan
  3. Control & instruct shipping plan to complete customs process within plan

Coordination to solve problem

  1. To coordinate with shipping team and internal division (such
  2. as Import shop) to solve all of problem in order to achieve complete shipment.
  3. Providing shipping plan to shipping team for import shipment plan
  4. Submit summary invoices request to Finance dept.
  5. Check & inform shipper for damage products and proceed claim to insurance company

Maintain system data accuracy

  1. To monitor error in G-port (QM6D).PYMAC and clear error in order to correct invoice issuing and accuracy of inventory control

Development/ Training

  1. Set up and following KI schedule in order to improve individual staff.
  2. Prepare training schedule to staff (understand and practice of mission, vision and values to be company oriented)
  3. Effective successor development
  4. Strengthened employees' loyalty and motivation under cross-culture environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or International Business or any field with minimum 3 years experience in production planning and logistic control
  • Good command in both written and spoken English with presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
  • TOEIC score equal or over than 600.
  • Able to use Microsoft office and familiar with personal data base system.
  •  Good knowledge of import-export custom clearance process and understanding of motorcycle
