Responsibilities
- To conduct and control Recurrence Prevention Activity's and nleading/driving related Divisions to effectiveness implement countermeasure.
- To support and suggest Recurrence Prevention Activity including technical know-how (WHY-WHY Analysis) to related Divisions
- To expand the countermeasure of Recurrence Prevention Activity to the other similar processes/line including to control the overall expansion area
- To carry out self-inspection to related Divisions IN ORDER TO comply with the requirements of Export Countries.
- To conduct, control and arrange schedule to support Customer Audits with related Divisions.
- To study and update Thai Regulations and Oversea Regulations including involving to the COP testing.
- To update Regulation Matrix when there are new issue of Thai and/or Oversea regulation.
- To improve TOIEC score follow HR Requirement.
- Efficient use of expense. Namely operating and project expenses of Quality Management Section within budget specified in the plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- 0-3 years Experience in QA/QC especially in Auditing.
- Fresh graduate also welcome with knowledge or internship in QA, Auditing, Process engineer.
- Good command of English (minimum TOEIC score: 600)
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis (e.g., Why-Why analysis)
- Ability to develop and recommend preventive action plans for quality improvement
- Good negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to clarify issues effectively during quality audits
- Understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and audit processes
