Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Coordination — Coordinate internal teams and external partners to execute project plans and resolve issues. Track milestones and report progress to the project owner and management to keep delivery on schedule and aligned with project objectives.
Application Consulting — Gather user requirements, including business rules and operational workflows. Consider relevant competitor insights, propose system solutions, and carry out projects within the agreed scope and timeline.
System Analysis & Design — Lead or coordinate system analysis and develop functional and technical specifications that align with division goals, budget, timeline, and staffing constraints.
System Maintenance & Improvement — Monitor system performance, investigate root causes, and recommend technical improvements to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Follow applicable standards and policies, including CMMI and Thai Yamaha Motor’s IT policies.
Team & Professional Development — Foster collaboration, encourage professional training, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen the team’s project management and technical skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, application planning, and application design.
- Good command of written and spoken English, with a TOEIC score of at least 550
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Service-minded, hands-on, and highly responsible.
- Skills in database analysis and design will be advantage.
- Knowledge of programming and web applications will be advantage.

Job Summary

As an IT Project Management at Thai Yamaha Motor, you’ll help turn business needs into applications that make day-to-day work more efficient. You’ll work with business users, internal IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, shape system solutions, and coordinate project delivery. Once applications are in use, you’ll monitor their performance and recommend improvements to keep business operations running smoothly.
