Responsibilities
• ดูแลการบันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP), ลูกหนี้ (AR), และบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป (GL) ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการบัญชี
• ตรวจสอบและบันทึกรายการบัญชีระหว่างกัน (Inter-company) ระหว่างสาขาและสำนักงานใหญ่ รวมถึงการกระทบยอดรายการระหว่างกันให้ถูกต้อง
• จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีต่างๆ เช่น ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (Withholding Tax) เพื่อนำส่งกรมสรรพากรให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
• ดูแลการวางบิลลูกหนี้และจ่ายเงินเจ้าหนี้สื่อโฆษณา (Media Vendors) ซึ่งมีความซับซ้อนในเรื่องของส่วนลดและงบประมาณสื่อ
• ช่วยทีมในการปิดงบการเงินประจำเดือนและประจำปีให้ทันตามกำหนดเวลา
Qualifications
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชี 1-3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Media Agency หรือธุรกิจที่มีหลายสาขาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP), ลูกหนี้ (AR), GL และการปิดงบการเงิน
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ
• มีความรู้เรื่องการลงบัญชีรายการระหว่างกัน (Inter-company) สำหรับสาขาและสำนักงานใหญ่
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีและ Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) ได้ในระดับดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมอื่นได้ดี
