Responsibilities



Job Description
• Contract & Document Management
- Review, prepare, modify and manage various contracts, agreements, and legal documents
including Power of Attorney and company documents where commitments have been made.
- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, company policies, and business
requirements.
- Provide and interpret legal terms in documents, agreements or provision of law.
- Review and verify advertising and press before publication.
- Manage and centralize company’s contracts and legal documents.

• Legal Support & Advisory
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries on relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports, legal opinions, and risk assessments for Legal & Compliance
Manager.
- Support the legal team in handling litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters.

• Compliance Monitoring & Implementation
- Assist in implementing and monitoring company compliance policies and procedures.
- Track and report on regulatory changes that may impact business operations.
- Support compliance training sessions and awareness programs for employees.
- Help in investigating compliance issues, including whistleblowing cases.

• Litigation
- Proceed with court and execution stages against overdue customers.

• Corporate Governance
- Support corporate governance activities, including documentation for AGM, EGM, and BOD
meetings.

• Group Collaboration
- Support global and/or regional legal and compliance initiatives, including policy
implementation, training, governance, and cross-border projects.
- Collaborate with legal counterparts in other entities to share best practices and ensure
alignment with group-wide legal and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 3-6 years of experience in legal or compliance filed.
- Have a lawyer license.
- Basic knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
- Experience in contract review, legal documentation, and compliance activities.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong
communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
