Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achieve: To achieve sales target as company target.
- OP Target Achieve: To achieve OP target as company target. To investigate the current situation and find any possibility to improve.
- Market Share Target: To maintain and increase OE market share as company target.
- Logistic Management: To manage and control logistic plan to meet the requirement of customers.
- Financial Plan: To develop OE sales operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
- Budget Plan: To control and manage budget in order to concern the cost efficiency.
Sub Job Responsibilities
- Always study and learn about work especially in the modern.
- Be a consult for management and staff in the work and other related issues.
- Perform other task as be assigned from the superior.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Economics or related field.
Good communication, both written and spoken in English.
Good interpersonal skills and computer skills.
Willing and able to travel domestically with driving license.
Experiences or knowledge in OEM market or automotive business will be advantage.
Open mind to learn new thing and quickly adapt the environment change.
