หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ควบคุมและดูแลทีมช่างให้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานบริการ เช่น เปลี่ยนยาง ตั้งศูนย์ ถ่วงล้อ และงานซ่อมบำรุงทั่วไป
- วางแผนและมอบหมายงาน พร้อมให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมช่าง
- ดูแลเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และความปลอดภัยภายในศูนย์บริการ
- ให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิ ปวช./ปวส. สาขาช่างยนต์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ ร้านยาง หรืออู่ซ่อมรถ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ และสามารถบริหารทีมช่างได้
- มีใจรักงานบริการ รับผิดชอบ และพร้อมเรียนรู้เพื่อเติบโตไปกับองค์กร
