Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor OPEX & CAPEX budgets and budget utilization.
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and presentations.
- Analyze budget vs. actual variances, business performance, risks and opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate fixed asset activities with relevant functions.
- Verify budget availability through the E-Catalog system.
- Validate and reconcile financial data including Sales, COGS, Inventory and Expenses.
- Provide financial insights to support management decision-making and cost control.
- Drive process improvement, data quality, standardization and automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics
- Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC score of 600 or above is preferable)
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis / Financial Consolidation/ Audit background / Accounting field
- Knowledge of IFRS, TFRS, Tax regulation must be advantage
- Have interpersonal, communication skill, analytical thinking, able to work under time constrains, handle well under pressure
- Have enthusiasm for demand from management
- ·Advanced MS Office skills is required especially on Excel
- Backgrounds from manufacturing business are advantage
