Responsibilities
- บริหารยอดขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย 100% ขึ้นไปในทุกสาขาของโซนภาคเหนือ วิเคราะห์และพัฒนากิจกรรมการขายให้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางธุรกิจ
- ควบคุมดูแลการปฏิบัติงานหน้าร้านให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายและมาตรฐานบริษัท ดูแลความถูกต้องของสต็อกสินค้า และรักษามาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
- สร้างแรงจูงใจและพัฒนาทีมผู้จัดการสาขาในภาคเหนือ โค้ชพนักงานศักยภาพสูงให้พร้อมเติบโตสู่ตำแหน่งที่สูงขึ้น วางแผนอัตรากำลังคนและการสรรหาให้เหมาะกับแต่ละสาขา
- สำรวจวิเคราะห์สภาพตลาด แนวโน้มธุรกิจ และคู่แข่งในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือ จัดทำรายงานสรุปเสนอผู้บริหาร พร้อมควบคุมดูแลระบบควบคุมภายในของสาขาในความรับผิดชอบ
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์บริหารงานขายปลีก/ธุรกิจบริการยานยนต์ (Auto Care Retail) อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- ภาษาอังกฤษดี (คะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 450 ขึ้นไป)
- ภาวะผู้นำสูง มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา การคิดวิเคราะห์ การโค้ชชิ่ง และการสื่อสารที่ดี
- พร้อมประจำการและเดินทางตรวจเยี่ยมสาขาในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือเป็นประจำ
