Responsibilities

- Supporting the Sales to process by creating opportunity (Spot, Tender, Rate sheet) in Salesforce based on quotation provided. (Sea, Air, LCL & FCL)
- Create and manage quotations following country-specific standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data in Salesforce.
- Communication with Leschaco Sales via email & video call if necessary.
- Manage various web-services, including Salesforce CRM, ID.prove, Google, others.
- Supporting Leschaco Sales in Accounts Mass Update and Data Clean-up of accounts in Salesforce and ABS.
- Perform basic Salesforce user administration and coordinate with the system administrator if needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- New graduates are welcomed or experienced in Logistics field would be advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy
- Customer service skill
