Export/Import & Supply Chain - Onsite - Leschaco (Thailand) Ltd.

- Coordinate domestic and international export shipments (air, sea, and land),
- Handle Export document procedures both for customs and customers and ensure regulatory compliance for all incoterms.
- Prepare and review shipping documents (invoice, packing list, COA, COO, FTA Forms, BL/AWB, etc.).
- Prepare original shipping documents for submission to the customer (email & courier) and the bank through the Accounting Team.
- Liaise with warehouse, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
- Monitor export document & shipment status, ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve shipping issues, delays, or damage.
- Maintain accurate records and update logistics systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse for loading, unloading, and inventory control.
- Prepare year-end inventory reports for the Free Zone warehouse to support physical stock counting.
- Performs special assignments upon request.

 

- 1–3 years of experience in Export/Import, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Good English communication skills; English fluency is an advantage.
- Candidates should be able to work onsite and coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams and external suppliers.
