📌 Job Responsibilities: International Purchasing Officer

• Handle all international purchasing activities and supplier sourcing.

• Accurately process purchase orders as per requests within the required timeframe.

• Coordinate with the Finance team regarding payments and issuing purchase-related expenses.

• Liaise with the Warehouse team on product arrival schedules and details.

• Manage product claims with overseas suppliers when issues arise.

• Monitor and improve purchasing processes to meet performance goals.

• Ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international purchasing or a related role.

Skills and Competencies:

• Good command of English communication.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

• Basic knowledge of international trade systems.

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
