Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Find new customers and maintain an accurate, current database of both existing and new accounts.
Present products and negotiate sales terms with current and new customers.
Visit customers on a set weekly and monthly schedule, hearing issues and resolving them together.
Study and compile competitor information, market movements and customer needs to adjust sales strategy.
Prepare sales plans and specification documents — bid openings, contracts, comparison tables and central specifications — complete and on time.
Coordinate exhibition booths and sales activities to hit targets and build brand awareness in the territory.
Report to the supervisor on sales pipeline status, product problems and solutions, and recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Technology, Medical Science or a related field.

Experience

0–3 years in sales — open to new graduates.

Skills

English: fair level (พอใช้) in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Microsoft Office.
Knowledge: sales, products and services, customers.
Skills: selling, presenting, negotiating.
Attributes: good personal presence, emotional control, service mind.

KPIs: quarterly sales target, customer retention %, new customer growth %, number of customer visits per month, total annual sales.

Job Summary
This is a field sales role with a technical edge. Most days you are out visiting customers on a fixed weekly and monthly schedule — presenting products, negotiating terms, following up on proposals, deliveries, lab reports and installations. Back at the desk you keep the customer database current, track what competitors are doing, and prepare the tender paperwork: bid openings, contracts, comparison tables and central specifications. You also coordinate booths and sales activities, and report pipeline status and product issues to the AVP. Performance is measured on quarterly and annual sales, retention, new customer growth and visit count; the medical science background matters because the products are clinical.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is out with customers by default, not at a desk — visits run to a fixed weekly and monthly schedule, and one of the five KPIs is simply how many visits you made this month.
Can handle tender and specification work as carefully as a sale: bid openings, contracts, comparison tables and central specs have to be complete and submitted on time, or the deal is lost on paperwork rather than price.
Has the clinical grounding to speak credibly about Sexual and Reproductive Care products — comparing them against competitors, answering lab and installation questions, and feeding real findings back to the Product team each quarter.

This role is NOT for you if:

You want an office-based or purely technical role — this is a sales position carrying quarterly and annual revenue targets.
You dislike negotiating on price and terms, or find rejection and objection-handling draining.
You have no interest in medical or clinical products, or in the detail of tender documents and specification comparison.
