Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations team
- Logistics Cost and Budget management
- Monitor and control day-to-day operations in warehouse
- Execute the project methodology and organize resources to guarantee implementation of new clients
- Create a safe working environment for the staff members by putting in place safety measures to prevent unpredictable accidents in the warehouse premises
- Supervise activities which need to be done, for the operations team members
- Provide the direction to the operations managers and others for execution
- Perform and lead other related jobs
Qualifications
- Male or female
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics or a relevant fields
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Logistics industry
- Extensive experience in 3PL/ FMCG/ Food service would be a plus
- WMS warehouse management system experience
- Good command of English
- Knowledgeable in warehouse management system
- International company exposure would be an advantage
- People management skill is required
