Senior Treasury & Investment Officer - ประจำสำนักงานใหญ่ พระราม1 กทม. - V.S. Group

- บริหารกระแสเงินสด-สินเชื่อ (ติดตาม, บันทึก และ วิเคราะห์/คาดการณ์กระแสเงินสดรับ-จ่าย รวมถึงการใช้สินเชื่อและเงินกู้ทุกประเภท ทั้งภายใน-ภายนอกเครือ-ธนาคาร) พร้อมจัดทำรายงานรายวัน/รายสัปดาห์/รายเดือน

- จัดการเอกสาร-ธุรกรรมทางการเงิน (เอกสารสัญญาเงินกู้, หลักประกัน, ติตต่อธุรกรรมธนาคาร เช่น Internet Banking และดำเนินการโอนเงินระหว่างประเทศ (ติดตามเอกสาร-ข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน)

- ติดต่อเจรจาต่อรองเรื่อง ดีลค่าธรรมเนียม, อัตราดอกเบี้ย และอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนประจำวันกับธนาคาร

- ประสานงาน, รวบรวมข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อทำรายงานเสนอผู้บริหาร และจัดเตรียมข้อมูล/เอกสารให้หน่วยงานภายนอก (ธนาคาร, ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี, DBD) รวมถึงผู้ถือหุ้นและบริษัทในเครือทั้งไทยและต่างประเทศพร้อมทำรายงานอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนรายสัปดาห์

- จัดทำรายงานการประชุม, หนังสือมอบอำนาจ และเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
