Responsibilities
- วางแผน-ดำเนินการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ, บรรจุภัณฑ์ และทรัพย์สินตรงตามนโยบายและระเบียบจัดซื้อ
- ติดตาม-วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มราคา, สถานการณ์ตลาดวัตถุดิบ และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดซื้อ เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจและทันต่อสถานการณ์
- สรรหา, คัดเลือก และประเมินผู้ขาย (Supplier) รายใหม่ พร้อมจัดทำทะเบียนผู้ขาย ลงในโปรแกรม SAP
- เจรจาต่อรองราคา, เงื่อนไขทางการค้า และเปรียบเทียบข้อเสนอเพื่อให้เกิดความคุ้มค่า
- ประเมินผลผู้ขาย-พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับคู่ค้า
- ติดตามการจัดทำสัญญาซื้อขายสินค้า-บริการ และงานว่าจ้างให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- ประสานงาน-วางแผนการส่งมอบสินค้าตามกำหนดเวลา รวมถึงวางแผนกระบวนการนำเข้า และตรวจสอบเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ISO / เอกสารนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการจัดซื้อ เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการ-เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- - วุฒิ ป.ตรี - ป.โท ทุกสาขา
- - มีประสบการณ์ในงาน 3 ปีขึ้นไป (ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจเคมีภัณฑ์ / Trading / โรงงาน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- - ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel - PivotTable) และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับปานกลาง
- - มีทักษะเจรจาต่อรอง-จัดการสัญญา และบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับคู่ค้า
- - มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหา
- - มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และบริการจัดการงาน-เวลาได้ดี
