Responsibilities
- วางแผนการจัดส่งสินค้าเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลทีมงานภายในแผนกให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- บริหารจัดการคลังสินค้าสำเร็จรูปและพื้นที่จัดเก็บให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- ควบคุมการตรวจนับสินค้าสำเร็จรูปประจำเดือน และจัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจนับเทียบกับระบบ ERP
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปสถานะสินค้าสำเร็จรูปคงคลังพร้อมสถานที่จัดเก็บประจำวัน
- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละขั้นตอนด้วยความระมัดระวัง โดยคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยเป็นอันดับแรก
- ติดตามใบแจ้งความต้องการใช้ (PR) สำหรับการรับสินค้าในระบบ ERP
- ติดตามใบแจ้งซ่อมในระบบ ZYCODA
- วิเคราะห์ แก้ไขปัญหา และพัฒนาระบบงานในแผนกคลังสินค้า พร้อมทั้งจัดทำรายงานสรุปทุกสิ้นเดือน
- จัดหาอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทำงานให้เพียงพอ รวมถึงบำรุงรักษาให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปฏิบัติงานทดแทนในตำแหน่งต่างๆ ภายในแผนกได้
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง - ชาย อายุ 28 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้าอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานระบบ ERP
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบ Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบ ISO 9001, 14001, และ 45001
- มีความรู้และผ่านการอบรมการใช้งานรถโฟล์คลิฟท์
- สามารถบริหารจัดการการจัดส่งสินค้าและสินค้าคงคลังได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- พร้อมเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ และพัฒนาทักษะความรู้ความสามารถอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูดและการเขียนอีเมล
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
