Responsibilities
- ปรับปรุง - พัฒนาวิธีการและกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อลดต้นทุน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการ
- พัฒนาและคิดค้นแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาทั้งเฉพาะหน้าและเชิงป้องกัน เพื่อให้การผลิตสามารถดำเนินไปได้
- ศึกษาและควบคุมการทดลอง เพื่อพัฒนาการใช้วัตถุดิบใหม่ หรือพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ รวมถึงคิดค้นวิธีการลดต้นทุนการผลิตในด้านกระบวนการ วัตถุดิบ และเครื่องจักร
- ให้คำแนะนำทางเทคนิคและเทคโนโลยีการผลิตแก่ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมทั้งควบคุม - ดูแลระบบการเปลี่ยนแปลงการผลิต ทั้งในส่วนของวิธีการ อุปกรณ์ และการปรับปรุงเอกสาร (Modification Form)
Qualifications
- อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิ ป.ตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมเคมี, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านสารเคมี - การใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ CAD และ AutoCAD
- สามารถวิเคราะห์และทักษะทางคณิตศาสตร์ได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารและเขียนอีเมลภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหา, เข้าใจในหลักการออกแบบกระบวนการ (Process Design) และเข้าใจในหลักการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ (Process Improvement)
- ทักษะการติดต่อประสานงาน และการเป็นผู้นำที่ดี
- กระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ และพัฒนาทักษะความรู้ความสามารถอย่างต่อเนื่อง
