Responsibilities
- ปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการผลิตเพื่อลดต้นทุน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิต
- พัฒนาและคิดค้นแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาทั้งเฉพาะหน้าและเชิงป้องกัน เพื่อให้การผลิตดำเนินไปได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ศึกษาและควบคุมการทดลองเพื่อพัฒนาการใช้วัตถุดิบหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ รวมถึงหาวิธีลดต้นทุนการผลิตในด้านกระบวนการ วัตถุดิบ และเครื่องจักร
- ให้คำแนะนำทางเทคนิคและเทคโนโลยีการผลิตแก่ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมทั้งควบคุมดูแลระบบการเปลี่ยนแปลงการผลิต ทั้งในส่วนของวิธีการ อุปกรณ์ และการปรับปรุงเอกสาร (Modification Form)
Qualifications
- อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมเคมี
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านสารเคมีและการใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานโปรแกรม CAD และ AutoCAD
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และคณิตศาสตร์ที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและเขียนอีเมลภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- ความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา และความเข้าใจในหลักการออกแบบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ (Process Design & Improvement)
- ทักษะการติดต่อประสานงานและการเป็นผู้นำที่ดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ และพัฒนาทักษะความรู้ความสามารถอย่างต่อเนื่อง
