Responsibilities
1.Inspect and control the quality of raw materials, products, and production processes in accordance with established standards.
2.Establish and improve product quality inspection standards to minimize issues arising in the production process.
3.Analyze and evaluate statistical data to identify and resolve quality problems in the production process.
3.Collaborate with the production department to find solutions and improve production processes to meet quality standards.
4.Prepare quality inspection reports and provide recommendations for process improvements to management and relevant departments.
5.Monitor and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to raw material quality.
6.Develop and enhance product quality inspection and testing processes.
7.Train employees on quality inspection processes and promote understanding of quality standards.
8.Investigate and analyze the causes of quality issues and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
9.Comply with ISO, GMP, or other relevant quality control standards.
Qualifications
-Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field).
-Experience: At least 1-3 years of work experience in QC or QA within a related industry.
-Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use statistical analysis tools effectively.
-Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or other relevant standards.
-Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively within the team and across relevant departments.
-Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, or other relevant software programs.
-English Proficiency: Candidates with English communication skills will be given special consideration.
-Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or other relevant standards.
-Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively within the team and across relevant departments.
-Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, or other relevant software programs.
