Responsibilities
- จัดทำ บันทึก และจัดเก็บเอกสารของฝ่ายผลิตให้เป็นระบบ
- บันทึกข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานการผลิตประจำวัน ประจำสัปดาห์และประจำเดือน
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการประชุม การตรวจประเมิน และการตรวจติดตามระบบคุณภาพ
- ติดตามเอกสารการเบิก-จ่ายวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต
- สนับสนุนงานด้านระบบคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และปรับปรุงกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25-35 ปี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office และ Google Sheets ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรการโรงงานหรือธุรการฝ่ายผลิต จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001, GHP และ HACCP
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถบริหารจัดการเอกสารได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการทำงานเป็นทีม
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารเวลาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
