Technical Sales Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing) - Fusion Advantec Co., Ltd.

Technical Sales Support

• Provide technical consultation and advice on Electronics Manufacturing / Assembly products.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and propose suitable products/solutions in collaboration with Field Sales.
• Support the preparation of technical documents, presentations, datasheets, and SDS.

Customer Visits & Pre-Sales

• Visit customers with Field Sales to present and answer technical questions.
• Assist with product demonstrations (Demo/Trial/POC) according to customer needs.
• Gather technical information from customers to coordinate with internal teams.

Technical Support & After-Sales

• Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshoot issues on-site, and advise on proper product usage.
• Conduct product training for customers as assigned.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Suppliers, and Factory to resolve technical issues.
  

Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain and update technical documents such as Product Specifications, SDS, and Technical Reports.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and service.
• Prepare reports summarizing technical issues, customer feedback, and trial results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Science (Physics), Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Technical Support, or Electronics Manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes or Electronics Assembly products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Willingness to travel to visit customers with the sales team.
• Proficiency in English for practical use.
• Possession of a personal car with a valid driving license (preferred).
