Responsibilities
Business Development & New Client Acquisition
- Identify and create new business opportunities (New Business Development).
- Meet with corporate clients to analyze their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Build relationships with C-Level executives, IT Managers, and Security Managers.
- Manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Solution-Based Selling
- Analyze customer pain points and business challenges.
- Present comprehensive SI solutions covering Cloud, Security, Digital Workspace, and AI‑enabled Systems.
- Prepare proposals, solution concepts, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with Pre-sales and Engineering teams to design tailored solutions.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Prepare quotations and relevant sales documents.
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
- Close deals in line with targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Technology Trends & Market Awareness
- Stay updated on trends in Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Workspace.
- Maintain knowledge of products and vendors across multiple solutions.
- Propose innovative sales approaches to differentiate in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales / IT Solution Sales.
- Experience in selling Cloud, Cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure solutions is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity (deep technical knowledge not required).
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent presentation and corporate-level communication skills.
- Ability to analyze business needs and create customer value.
- Agile, resourceful, and able to solve problems on the spot.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer trust.
- Professional mindset with willingness to learn new technologies.
