Responsibilities
- รับผิดชอบการติดตั้งและ Deploy โซลูชันด้าน Cloud & Cybersecurity ตั้งแต่การ Configuration, Integration, Testing จนถึง Go-Live
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค รวมถึงประสานงานกับ Vendor และทีมต่างประเทศเพื่อ Escalation
- Integrate ระบบ Identity & Access Management เช่น AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth2 และ ACL
- สนับสนุนการติดตั้งและบริหารจัดการโซลูชันด้าน Endpoint, Network และ Cloud Security
- จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดตั้ง Configuration และ Implementation ให้ครบถ้วน
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Presales, Project Manager, Technical Team และ Customer เพื่อให้การส่งมอบงานเป็นไปตามแผน
- ปฏิบัติงาน Onsite และเดินทางไปยังสถานที่ของลูกค้าตามความเหมาะสม
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปี ในสายงาน Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, System Integration หรือ Enterprise IT
- มีความรู้ด้าน Computer Network, Enterprise Security และ System Integration
- มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน ITSM / IT Service Management โดยเฉพาะการใช้งาน Freshservice / Freshworks
- มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน MDM / UEM เช่น Workspace ONE
- หากมีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Security Products เช่น Netskope, Zscaler และ CrowdStrike จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะด้าน Troubleshooting, Problem Solving และ Technical Analysis
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้ โดยเฉพาะการ เปิด Ticket, ประสานงาน และ Escalate ปัญหากับ Vendor หรือทีมต่างประเทศ
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการประสานงาน สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมภายในและลูกค้าได้ดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน Onsite และเดินทางไป Customer Site ได้ตามความเหมาะสม
