Junior / Mid Cloud Security Operations Engineer - Fusion Advantec Co., Ltd.

Job Description:

1. Execute, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud security solutions across customer environments.

2. Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud security solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent cloud environments.

3. Support the investigation and troubleshooting of security incidents, configuration issues, connectivity problems, and integration issues.

4. Analyze security logs, alerts, and system activities to identify potential security issues and perform basic root-cause investigation.

5. Support issue management and remediation activities to ensure timely resolution of technical and security-related issues.

6. Provide ongoing technical support to customers, communicate technical findings clearly, and assist with maintaining secure and reliable environments.

7. Prepare technical reports on security incidents, threats, monitoring results, and solution performance, while staying updated on emerging cloud security technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, security operations, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Good understanding of cloud security fundamentals, including:

• Identity and Access Management (IAM)

• Network Security

• Firewall / Security Groups

• Logging and Monitoring

• Encryption

• Least-Privilege Access

• Basic understanding of containers and container orchestration, such as Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, or GKE.

• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, Firewall, Routing, and network connectivity troubleshooting.

• Experience in incident troubleshooting, log analysis, and basic root-cause investigation.

• Ability to follow implementation procedures, technical documentation, runbooks, and instructions.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate technical issues and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Good command of English, especially for reading technical documentation and communicating with customers or technical teams.

• Experience with CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, or other Cloud Security solutions such as:

• CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security

• Wiz

• Prisma Cloud

• Microsoft Defender for Cloud

• Other equivalent solutions

• Experience with SIEM / Next-Generation SIEM platforms such as:

• CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM

• Microsoft Sentinel

• Splunk

• IBM QRadar

• Other equivalent solutions

• Experience with Kubernetes / container security.

• Knowledge or experience in:

• Vulnerability Management

• Exposure Management

• Real-time Visibility & Detection

• Workload Protection

• Experience in customer-facing implementation, operations, or technical support.

• Experience supporting cloud security incidents, configuration issues, or system integration troubleshooting.

• Experience working in a Cloud Security, SOC, Security Operations, or IT Infrastructure environment.

• AWS Certified Security – Specialty

• Microsoft Azure Security certifications, such as AZ-500 or SC-100

• Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer

• Relevant CrowdStrike certifications, such as:

• CCFA

• CCFH

• CCCS

• CCSE

• Kubernetes certifications, such as CKA or CKS

• Experience with scripting or automation using:

• PowerShell

• Bash

• Python

• Terraform

• or equivalent technologies
