Responsibilities

1. รับผิดชอบดูแลและบริหารงานด้านความปลอดภัยประจำวันในพื้นที่ก่อสร้างโครงการโซลาร์เซลล์แบบกระจายบนหลังคา ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงานของประเทศไทยและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของภาคอุตสาหกรรม

2. ก่อนเริ่มงานในแต่ละวัน ดำเนินการประเมินความเสี่ยงของสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานบนหลังคา (เช่น อุปกรณ์ป้องกันการตกจากที่สูง มาตรการป้องกันวัตถุตก สภาพอากาศ เป็นต้น) และดำเนินการแก้ไขความเสี่ยงอย่างทันท่วงที

3. ควบคุมดูแลให้พนักงานใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันส่วนบุคคลอย่างถูกต้อง (หมวกนิรภัย เข็มขัดนิรภัย รองเท้ากันลื่น อุปกรณ์กันตก) และตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยของนั่งร้าน บันได และอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า

4. จัดประชุมความปลอดภัยก่อนเริ่มงาน (Toolbox Meeting) เพื่อชี้แจงความเสี่ยงในการทำงาน และจัดอบรมเฉพาะด้านอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เช่น งานที่สูง งานไฟฟ้าชั่วคราว และความปลอดภัยด้านอัคคีภัย

5. จัดทำและดูแลเอกสารด้านความปลอดภัยของโครงการ บันทึกอุบัติเหตุ เหตุการณ์เกือบเกิดอุบัติเหตุ (Near Miss) และมาตรการแก้ไข พร้อมสนับสนุนผู้จัดการโครงการในการจัดทำรายงานด้านความปลอดภัยส่งให้เจ้าของโครงการ

6. ประสานงานและจัดการเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉินด้านความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ ดำเนินการตามแผนฉุกเฉิน และจัดทำรายงานการสอบสวนรวมถึงการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุที่แท้จริง

7. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐในพื้นที่หรือเจ้าของโครงการในการตรวจสอบด้านความปลอดภัย เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

8. สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน : จังหวัดพิษณุโลกและจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Qualifications

1. ต้องมีใบรับรองเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ที่ได้รับการรับรองจากกระทรวงแรงงานของประเทศไทย และใบรับรองต้องยังมีผลบังคับใช้อยู่

2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารความปลอดภัยในโครงการก่อสร้าง หรือโครงการติดตั้งในภาคอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี หากมีประสบการณ์งานบนหลังคา งานโซลาร์เซลล์ หรือโครงการด้านไฟฟ้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยสำหรับงานที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงของประเทศไทย รวมถึงมาตรฐานการป้องกันการตกจากที่สูงและความปลอดภัยด้านไฟฟ้า

4. สามารถจัดทำเอกสารวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง (JSA) และรายการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัย (Checklist) ได้ด้วยตนเอง

5. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการปฐมพยาบาล การใช้ถังดับเพลิง และการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบเหตุในที่สูง

6. สื่อสารรู้เรื่อง และสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษสื่อสารเพื่อทำงานได้

7. สภาพร่างกายไม่มีอาการกลัวความสูง และสามารถปฏิบัติงานในสภาพแวดล้อมบนหลังคาลาดเอียงและสภาพอากาศร้อนได้

8. มีความรับผิดชอบ กล้าตัดสินใจหยุดการทำงานที่ไม่ปลอดภัย และมีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการจัดทำรายงานที่ดี

ในบทบาทเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยนี้ คุณจะได้ดูแลและบริหารจัดการงานด้านความปลอดภัยประจำวัน ณ โครงการก่อสร้างโซลาร์เซลล์แบบกระจายบนหลังคา โดยต้องมั่นใจว่าการดำเนินงานทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงานของประเทศไทยและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของอุตสาหกรรม คุณจะมีหน้าที่ประเมินความเสี่ยงของสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานบนหลังคาในแต่ละวัน ดำเนินการแก้ไขความเสี่ยงอย่างทันท่วงที และควบคุมดูแลให้พนักงานใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันส่วนบุคคลอย่างถูกต้อง รวมถึงตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ คุณยังจะได้จัดประชุมและฝึกอบรมด้านความปลอดภัยเฉพาะทางอย่างสม่ำเสมอ จัดทำเอกสารและบันทึกเหตุการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัย ประสานงานจัดการเหตุฉุกเฉิน และทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐหรือเจ้าของโครงการเพื่อให้การตรวจสอบด้านความปลอดภัยเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด

1. รับผิดชอบดูแลและบริหารงานด้านความปลอดภัยประจำวันในพื้นที่ก่อสร้างโครงการโซลาร์เซลล์แบบกระจายบนหลังคา ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงานของประเทศไทยและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของภาคอุตสาหกรรม

2. ก่อนเริ่มงานในแต่ละวัน ดำเนินการประเมินความเสี่ยงของสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานบนหลังคา (เช่น อุปกรณ์ป้องกันการตกจากที่สูง มาตรการป้องกันวัตถุตก สภาพอากาศ เป็นต้น) และดำเนินการแก้ไขความเสี่ยงอย่างทันท่วงที
