Responsibilities

ดูแล ควบคุม และตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้าภายในพื้นที่โครงการก่อสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าให้เป็นไปอย่างปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ
ควบคุมและดูแลระบบจ่ายไฟฟ้าชั่วคราวในพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง รวมถึงตรวจสอบความพร้อมและความปลอดภัยของระบบก่อนใช้งาน
ตรวจสอบและดูแลระบบจ่ายไฟฟ้า 3 ระดับ (3-Level Power Distribution System) รวมถึงการเดินสายไฟและการวางสายเคเบิล
ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาระบบสายดิน (Earthing/Grounding System) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ดูแล ตรวจสอบ และบำรุงรักษาหม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า ตู้จ่ายไฟ และอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ตรวจสอบพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานเพื่อค้นหา Electrical Hazards / Electrical Risks และดำเนินการแก้ไขหรือประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ควบคุมไม่ให้มีการติดตั้งหรือเดินสายไฟฟ้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รวมถึงตรวจสอบการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าให้ถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนด
ให้คำแนะนำและจัดอบรม/ชี้แจงด้านความปลอดภัยทางไฟฟ้าแก่พนักงานและทีมงานหน้างาน
ประเมินและระบุความเสี่ยงด้านไฟฟ้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน Hot Work, งานบนที่สูง และงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องจักรหนัก
ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และประสานงานการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านไฟฟ้าให้แล้วเสร็จอย่างเป็นระบบ
จัดทำหรือสนับสนุนเอกสารและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้าและความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่โครงการ
ปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมาย ข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย และมาตรฐานไฟฟ้าของประเทศไทย รวมถึงมาตรฐาน IEC ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Qualifications

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ขึ้นไป
มีใบอนุญาตช่างไฟฟ้าของประเทศไทยที่ยังไม่หมดอายุและสามารถตรวจสอบได้ หากปฏิบัติงานด้านไฟฟ้าแรงสูง ต้องมีคุณสมบัติหรือใบรับรองช่างไฟฟ้าแรงสูงตามที่กำหนด
มีเอกสารการจ้างงานและเอกสารที่จำเป็นตามข้อกำหนดของกระทรวงแรงงานไทย เพื่อให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่โครงการได้อย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบและข้อกำหนดด้านไฟฟ้าของประเทศไทย รวมถึงมาตรฐานไฟฟ้าของไทยและมาตรฐาน IEC สามารถควบคุมและดูแลความปลอดภัยของระบบไฟฟ้าชั่วคราวในพื้นที่ก่อสร้างได้ หากมีใบรับรองการอบรมด้านความปลอดภัยสำหรับงานโรงไฟฟ้าจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับระบบจ่ายไฟฟ้า 3 ระดับ, การเดินสายไฟ/วางสายเคเบิล, ระบบสายดิน (Earthing), การใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาหม้อแปลงไฟฟ้าและตู้จ่ายไฟ รวมถึงการตรวจสอบและแก้ไขจุดเสี่ยงด้านไฟฟ้าในพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง
มีความสามารถในการอบรม/ชี้แจงด้านความปลอดภัยทางไฟฟ้าแก่ทีมงานหน้างาน ควบคุมการเดินสายไฟให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบ สามารถระบุอันตรายหรือความเสี่ยงด้านไฟฟ้าในงาน Hot Work, งานบนที่สูง และการปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องจักรหนัก รวมถึงติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาให้แล้วเสร็จอย่างเป็นระบบ
