Responsibilities
- ดำเนินการพิธีการศุลกากรสำหรับสินค้านำเข้าและส่งออกของบริษัท ให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดเตรียม ตรวจสอบ และยื่นเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออกที่จำเป็น เช่น Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), Import & Export Declaration, Certificate of Origin (CO), และ Import Permit
- ประสานงานกับกรมศุลกากร, Freight Forwarder, Shipping Agent, บริษัทขนส่ง, Supplier ต่างประเทศ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้กระบวนการนำเข้า-ส่งออกเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ติดตามสถานะการขนส่งสินค้าและการผ่านพิธีการศุลกากร เพื่อให้วัสดุและอุปกรณ์จัดส่งถึงโครงการตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบพิกัดศุลกากร (HS Code), อัตราภาษีนำเข้า และสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่ายด้านการนำเข้าทั้งหมด เช่น ภาษีนำเข้า, VAT, ค่าขนส่ง, ค่าท่าเรือ, ค่า Storage และค่า Demurrage
- จัดเก็บและควบคุมเอกสารด้านศุลกากรให้ถูกต้อง เป็นระบบ และพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse และ Site Team เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของโครงการ
- จัดทำรายงานด้านการนำเข้า-ส่งออก และปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชายเท่านั้น
- ปริญญาตรีในสาขา Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, การค้าระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Customs Clearance, Import–Export หรือ Shipping อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกฎหมายศุลกากร พิธีการนำเข้า–ส่งออก HS Code และ Incoterms
- ความสามารถในการใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel
- ทักษะในการประสานงาน การวางแผน และการแก้ไขปัญหา
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโครงการ Power Plant, EPC, Oil & Gas หรือโครงการก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
