Responsibilities

- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบงานติดตั้งระบบเครื่องกลและอุปกรณ์ภายในโครงการก่อสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าให้เป็นไปตามแบบและข้อกำหนดของโครงการ

- ตรวจสอบแบบวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล เช่น Mechanical Drawings, P&ID, Piping Isometric Drawings และ Shop Drawings

- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ เช่น Pumps, Motors, Valves, Piping Systems, Pressure Vessels และ Mechanical Equipment ต่าง ๆ

- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานติดตั้ง การจัดแนวอุปกรณ์ (Alignment) งานประกอบท่อ และงานเชื่อมให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

- ติดตามความก้าวหน้าของงานเครื่องกล และประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา Supplier และทีมวิศวกรสาขาอื่น ๆ

- ตรวจสอบและประสานงานการทดสอบระบบเครื่องกล รวมถึง Testing, Pre-Commissioning และ Commissioning

- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการติดตั้งและก่อสร้าง

- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และเอกสารทางเทคนิคให้เป็นไปตาม Technical Specifications และมาตรฐานของโครงการ

- จัดทำรายงานความก้าวหน้า รายงานตรวจสอบงาน และเอกสารทางวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย คุณภาพ และสิ่งแวดล้อม

- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Qualifications

- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล (Mechanical Engineering)

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล งานติดตั้งเครื่องจักร หรืองานก่อสร้าง

- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโครงการก่อสร้างโรงไฟฟ้า (Power Plant Construction Project) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- มีความรู้ด้าน Mechanical Equipment, Piping Systems, Pumps, Valves และงานติดตั้งเครื่องจักร

- สามารถอ่านและเข้าใจ Mechanical Drawings, P&ID และ Technical Specifications ได้

- สามารถใช้ AutoCAD และ Microsoft Office ได้

- หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (กว.) สาขาเครื่องกล จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี โดยเฉพาะด้านเทคนิคและเอกสารทางวิศวกรรม

- มีทักษะการประสานงาน การแก้ไขปัญหา และการทำงานเป็นทีม
