Project Civil Engineer - Sinohydro (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.(Head Office)

Responsible for the technical and construction management of civil engineering works at the project site. Coordinate resources among the design team, construction parties, and the client to ensure the achievement of project quality, safety, schedule, and cost objectives.

1. Responsible for the management of civil engineering works at the project site, including civil construction, quality control, safety management, and schedule control.

2. Review civil construction plans, construction drawings, and technical documents. Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction contractors to resolve technical issues arising at the project site.

3. Supervise contractors to ensure that construction works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, project requirements, and relevant standards.

4. Review civil engineering quantities and manage site instructions, field variation records, and engineering changes.

5. Organize civil engineering quality inspections, acceptance inspections, and defect rectification activities.

6. Participate in the preparation of project construction plans and monitor their implementation to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.

7. Coordinate communication and technical interfaces among the client, supervision consultants, design institutes, and subcontractors.

8. Assist the Project Manager in carrying out various management activities throughout project execution.

9. Be responsible for organizing and archiving civil construction records, acceptance documents, and project completion documents.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering works for power and energy projects, industrial plants, or infrastructure projects.

3. Familiar with concrete structures, steel structures, equipment foundations, and the overall construction management process.

4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant office and engineering software.

5. Good English communication skills, with the ability to read and prepare technical documents in English and independently participate in meetings with clients and contractors.

6. Strong teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility, with the ability to work at project sites and undertake short-term business trips.

7. Experience in power and energy EPC projects is preferred.
8. Based in Bangkok, with the ability to travel to and work at project sites in other provinces as required by assigned projects.
