Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบงานติดตั้งกังหันไอน้ำ (Steam Turbine) และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในโครงการก่อสร้างโรงไฟฟ้า
- ตรวจสอบและทบทวนแบบวิศวกรรม เอกสารทางเทคนิค และข้อกำหนดการติดตั้งสำหรับ Turbine และ Auxiliary Systems
- ควบคุมงานติดตั้งและประกอบอุปกรณ์กังหันไอน้ำ รวมถึงการตรวจสอบ Foundation, Baseplate, Alignment, Leveling และ Clearance
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานติดตั้งให้เป็นไปตามแบบ มาตรฐานวิศวกรรม และข้อกำหนดของผู้ผลิต (OEM)
- ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา ผู้จัดหา และผู้ผลิตกังหันไอน้ำ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคและปัญหาหน้างาน
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมระบบ Auxiliary Systems ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Lubrication Oil System, Cooling System, Steam Piping และ Control System
- ติดตามและประสานงานด้าน Inspection, Testing, Pre-Commissioning และ Commissioning ของ Turbine System
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการติดตั้งและทดสอบระบบ
- ตรวจสอบเอกสาร Inspection Reports, Installation Records, Test Reports และ Technical Documents ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามความก้าวหน้าของงานติดตั้ง Turbine ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและกำหนดเวลาของโครงการ
- ประสานงานกับทีม Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Construction และ Commissioning เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้าน Safety, Quality และ Environmental Requirements
- จัดทำรายงานความก้าวหน้าและเอกสารทางวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการติดตั้ง การก่อสร้าง หรือการบำรุงรักษา Steam Turbine / Turbine Generator
- มีความรู้เชิงลึกด้าน Turbine Installation, Alignment, Leveling, Clearance และ Mechanical Assembly
- มีความเข้าใจระบบ Steam Turbine และ Auxiliary Systems
- สามารถอ่านและเข้าใจ Mechanical Drawings, Turbine Drawings, P&ID และ Technical Specifications ได้
- สามารถใช้ AutoCAD และ Microsoft Office ได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี โดยเฉพาะด้าน Technical Communication
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน การแก้ไขปัญหา และการทำงานเป็นทีม
- ประสบการณ์ในโครงการก่อสร้างโรงไฟฟ้า (Power Plant Construction Project) เป็นข้อพิจารณาพิเศษ
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Inspection, Testing, Pre-Commissioning หรือ Commissioning เป็นข้อพิจารณาพิเศษ
- หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (กว.) สาขาเครื่องกล จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
