Responsibilities (PM) :

- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify market needs and opportunities.

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market insights and business goals.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and marketers, to prioritize features and develop product requirements.

- Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that it is properly prioritized and aligned with business objectives.

- Lead the product development process, including planning, execution, and delivery of product releases.

- Work closely with the developement team to define technical requirements, scope, and timelines.

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to validate product concepts and iterate on designs.

- Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.

- Coordinate product launches and develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (PM) :

- ดำเนินการวิจัยตลาดและรวบรวมความคิดเห็นจากลูกค้า เพื่อระบุความต้องการของตลาดและค้นหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ

- กำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ กลยุทธ์ และแผนงาน (Roadmap) ของผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยอ้างอิงจากข้อมูลเชิงลึกของตลาดและเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ

- ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง เช่น วิศวกร นักออกแบบ และฝ่ายการตลาด เพื่อจัดลำดับความสำคัญของฟีเจอร์และกำหนดความต้องการของผลิตภัณฑ์

- จัดทำและดูแล Product Backlog ให้มีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญอย่างเหมาะสม และสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ

- เป็นผู้นำกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ตั้งแต่การวางแผน การดำเนินงาน ไปจนถึงการส่งมอบเวอร์ชันใหม่ของผลิตภัณฑ์

- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อกำหนดข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค ขอบเขตงาน และระยะเวลาการดำเนินโครงการ

- ดำเนินการทดสอบกับผู้ใช้งาน (User Testing) และรวบรวมความคิดเห็น เพื่อตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของแนวคิดผลิตภัณฑ์ และปรับปรุงการออกแบบให้ตอบโจทย์ผู้ใช้งานมากยิ่งขึ้น

- ติดตามประสิทธิภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อค้นหาโอกาสในการพัฒนาและยกระดับประสบการณ์การใช้งานของผู้ใช้ (User Experience)

- ประสานงานการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ และวางกลยุทธ์การนำผลิตภัณฑ์ออกสู่ตลาด (Go-to-Market Strategy) ร่วมกับทีมการตลาดและฝ่ายขาย

- ติดตามแนวโน้มอุตสาหกรรม คู่แข่ง และเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมและรักษาความสามารถในการแข่งขันขององค์กร

Qualifications (PM) :

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.

- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.

- Customer-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics.

- Strong business acumen and ability to align product strategies with overall business goals.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering

- มีทักษะด้านการบริหารโครงการและการจัดการงานที่ดี สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญและบริหารหลายโครงการได้พร้อมกัน

- มีความคุ้นเคยกับแนวทางการพัฒนาแบบ Agile และเครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
