Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Support quotation preparation and order review for customers
• Serve as the main point of contact to provide product information and respond to customer inquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure smooth order processing
• Manage and maintain sales-related documents including purchase orders, contracts, and customer records
• Identify new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Handle customer issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution
• Track sales progress and prepare reports for management
• Cooperate closely and follow strictly the ISO system

Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in office work or sales support
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, or ERP systems
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Able to drive and possess a valid driving license
