Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติ Master Color สำหรับงานโมเดลใหม่ รวมถึงกำหนดและจัดทำ Master Sample / Limit Sample (Upper-Lower Tolerance)
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของระบบจัดการสี Color Management System เช่น CMYK, Pantone และ Spot Color
- ตรวจสอบ CI / Corporate Identity ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- ควบคุมและติดตามคุณภาพสินค้า กรณีผลิตภัณฑ์ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- จัดทำ อัปเดต และควบคุมเอกสารด้านคุณภาพ เช่น QP, WI และ Quality Records
- ดูแลระบบการตรวจสอบสินค้าให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของระบบ ISO
- ประสานงานกับ Supplier และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
- มีโอกาสเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ เช่น โรงพิมพ์ของ Supplier
- อาจมีการทำงานล่วงเวลา (OT) ตามความจำเป็นของงาน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา วิศวกรรมการพิมพ์, เทคโนโลยีการพิมพ์, วิทยาศาสตร์สิ่งพิมพ์, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QA/QC ในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งพิมพ์ โรงพิมพ์ หรือบรรจุภัณฑ์ 1–3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและการเจรจาต่อรองกับ Supplier และฝ่ายต่าง ๆ
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์สี Spectrophotometer และมีความรู้ด้านระบบ CMYK, Pantone, DIC
- หากมีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการพิมพ์ Offset, Digital, Letterpress, Silkscreen Printing จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากสามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ปัญหา เช่น Cause & Effect Diagram, 8D Report, 5 Why Analysis จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
- สามารถทำ OT ได้ตามความจำเป็นของงาน
