• Design and plan corporate IT that aligned with corporate direction and budgets.

• Manage, maintain and support corporate IT as defined services quality or services level

• Create report for management such as network performance, server & system performance, IT Assets, IT Inventory, user problems, root cause analysis, etc.

• Develop working process and create corresponding documents such as manual, procedure or work instruction, etc.

• Manage, coach, and evaluate subordinate in team, and plan to develop them; about three to five staffs in team.

• Coordinate and support in IT projects by assigned

• Server & system (Email, SQL Database, VoIP, File server, VmWare, NAS/ SAN Storage, CCTV, AD/DNS, etc)

• Network (LAN, WAN, WiFi, Voice, Internet, Routers, Switches, Remote Access, Firewall, etc.)

• Software (Windows, Linux, MySQL,..)

• IT Services (Helpdesk, services user, fixed problem, repair, educate user, etc.)

• Computer Room (DC, DRC, Power, Generator, UPS, Air conditions, etc.)

• IT Devices (PC, Notebook, CCTV, AP, Phone, Face scan, Printer, etc)

• IT Policy & Securities

• ISO9001/ ISO20000 /ISO27001
