- พัฒนาและวางแผนกลยุทธ์ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร

- จัดทำแผนงานและการดำเนินการด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร

- บริหารจัดการกระบวนการสรรหาและการคัดเลือกบุคลากรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

- วางแผนการสรรหาบุคลากรให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายองค์กร

- ลงประกาศรับสมัครบุคลากรตามช่องทางต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท

- สรรหาและคัดเลือกใบสมัครที่ตรงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดรวมถึงทำการนัดหมายสัมภาษณ์งาน

- จัดทำแผนงานและการปฏิบัติงานด้านพัฒนาบุคลากร

- ปรับปรุงโครงสร้างระบบงานตลอดจนปรับปรุงพัฒนาหรือแสวงหาเครื่องมือด้านการบริหารจัดการการพัฒนาบุคลากรใหม่ๆมาใช้ในองค์กร

- ออกแบบหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร

- เตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดฝึกอบรม พร้อมทั้งติดตามผลการจัดฝึกอบรมให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด

- พัฒนาศักยภาพให้บุคลากรมีความสามารถในการทำงานที่ดีขึ้น และมีผลงานเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด

- จัดทำรายงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสรรหาว่าจ้างเพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องแม่นยำให้แก่ผู้บริหารหรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
