- Drive sales and grow business in Industrial Chemical segment (Paint, Ink, Pigment, Plastic)

- Build and expand customer portfolio in industrial/manufacturing sector

- Deliver technical solutions that match customer needs not just selling products

- Manage sales pipeline, pricing, and profitability aligned with company targets

- Gather market intelligence (trend, competitor, customer insight) and translate into business opportunities

- Work closely with team, suppliers, and management to drive results and continuous improvement
