• Provide expert consultation and personalized recommendations to prospective customers interested in our projects.
• Conduct engaging on-site visits and project tours, showcasing property details effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Actively participate in various sales and marketing activities as directed by the company.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
• Commit to a six-day work week with flexibility to work at assigned project locations

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong passion for sales and customer service.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Minimum of 0-1 year of experience in sales or service-oriented roles.
• Prior experience in residential property sales (houses or condominiums) is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in standard computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work six days per week and willingness to be based at designated project sites.
