Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and contracts
• Manage supplier agreements, service contracts, and vendor relationships
• Ensure contract compliance and monitor performance obligations
• Maintain contract databases and documentation systems

Legal Compliance

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on regulatory matters
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and government agencies
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

Corporate Legal Affairs

• Support corporate governance and board meeting documentation
• Handle employment law matters and HR policy compliance
• Manage intellectual property matters and trademark registrations
• Oversee corporate secretarial functions and statutory filings

Risk Management

• Identify and assess legal risks in business operations
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and legal frameworks
• Handle dispute resolution and litigation management
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited institution
• Licensed to practice law in Thailand (Thai Bar Association membership)
• Minimum 2-4 years of legal experience in corporate or commercial law
• Strong understanding of Thai commercial law and regulations
