Responsibilities
- จัดทำเอกสาร ซื้อ - ขาย สินค้าถ่านหินตามข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากทีม Sales ผ่านระบบของบริษัท (eForm, EIDC และ SAP)
- จัดทำเอกสารและบันทึกภายในที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเพิ่มหนี้และลดหนี้ตามข้อมูลจากทีม Sales
- ประสานงานกับทีม SCG JWD ในการวางแผนการขนส่งประจำวัน และติดตามสถานะการขนส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ในสาขา Logistics / International Business หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐานได้
- มีความถนัดด้านงานเอกสารและการประสานงาน
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและผู้รับเหมาได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกเวลางานได้ในกรณีจำเป็น
