Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการและขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานด้านการตลาด สำหรับกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์วัสดุก่อสร้าง (PO) เช่น Celling และ Wall หรือ Roofing
- วางแผนและกำหนดกลยุทธ์ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product), ราคา (Price), ช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย (Place) และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย (Promotion)
- วางแผนและดำเนินการสื่อสารการตลาด (Marketing Communication) เพื่อเข้าถึงและสร้างการรับรู้ในกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- กำกับดูแล ติดตามผล (Monitor) และประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน เพื่อควบคุมให้เป็นไปตามกลยุทธ์และเป้าหมายหลักขององค์กร
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ในสาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Bachelor GPAX > 2.70, Master GPAX > 3.30)
- มีผลคะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป และสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม สามารถประสานงานภายในองค์กร (Internal Stakeholders) และบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าภายนอก (External Customers) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลที่มีความซับซ้อน (Data Management) และสามารถนำมาคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงลึก (Analytical Thinking) เพื่อตอบโจทย์ทางธุรกิจได้ดี
