Responsibilities
- วางแผน จัดทำ และขับเคลื่อนแผนกลยุทธ์ระยะกลาง (Medium Term Plan) และแผนประจำปี (Annual Plan) ให้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางธุรกิจ
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลธุรกิจตลอด Value Chain ของธุรกิจไม้ ธุรกิจปุ๋ย และธุรกิจอื่น ๆ เพื่อค้นหาโอกาสในการเพิ่มมูลค่าและลดต้นทุน
- วิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการลงทุนและการขยายธุรกิจ ทั้งด้านการตลาดและผลตอบแทนทางการเงิน
- รวบรวม เชื่อมโยง และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานและนำเสนอผู้บริหารภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาข้อเสนอเชิงกลยุทธ์จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึก เพื่อผลักดันการเติบโตขององค์กร
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ (Economics), บริหารธุรกิจ (Business Administration), การจัดการ (Management), วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ (Industrial Engineering), Supply Chain Management หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ปริญญาตรี GPAX > 2.70)
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี (TOEIC 550+)
- มีความรู้ด้าน Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, Supply Chain & Value Chain Management และ Data Analytics & Reporting
- มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ การสื่อสาร และการประสานงานกับหลายหน่วยงาน
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำที่ ตำบลวังศาล อำเภอท่าม่วง จังหวัดกาญจนบุรีได้
