Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและดำเนินการจัดหาสายพันธุ์ที่มีศักยภาพ พร้อมทดสอบสายพันธุ์ในแต่ละพื้นที่
- ควบคุม วิเคราะห์ และดำเนินงานวิจัยด้านการเพิ่มผลผลิต ศึกษาข้อมูลทางวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไม้ยูคาลิปตัสและพืชอื่น ๆ เพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการสวนป่า
- ศึกษาและประยุกต์ใช้ AI เทคโนโลยี และเครื่องจักรทางการเกษตร เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานด้าน Plantation Productivity
- ดูแลและควบคุมงานทดสอบสายพันธุ์ งานวิจัยเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตและลดต้นทุน รวมถึงพัฒนาแนวทางเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปลูกและการจัดการสวนป่า
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเกษตรศาสตร์ (Agriculture), วนศาสตร์ (Forestry) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (GPAX 2.70 ขึ้นไป)
- มีประสบการณ์ 1–3 ปี ด้านงานวิจัยหรือการทดลองทางด้านพืช
- มีความรู้ด้านการปลูกสร้างสวนป่า โปรแกรมสถิติ แผนที่ ปฐพีวิทยา สรีรวิทยาพืช และวนวัฒนวิทยา
- มีทักษะการคิดเชิงตรรกะ การวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล การทำงานเป็นทีม และการทำงานเชิงรุก
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี (TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไป)
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำที่ อำเภอน้ำพอง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ได้
