Responsibilities
- วางแผน ควบคุม และดำเนินงานบำรุงรักษาระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องมือวัด และระบบควบคุมของเครื่องจักร เพื่อให้มีความพร้อมใช้งานสูงสุด
- ดูแลระบบไฟฟ้าแรงต่ำ/แรงสูง, MCC, Motor, Drive, Inverter, PLC, DCS, Instrument และ Automation System
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรขัดข้อง (Breakdown) รวมถึงดำเนินการ Root Cause Analysis (RCA) เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดปัญหาซ้ำ
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงแผน Preventive Maintenance (PM) และ Predictive Maintenance (PdM) รวมถึงติดตามค่า MTBF, MTTR และ Equipment Reliability เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบำรุงรักษา
- สนับสนุนการเดินเครื่องผลิต การ Start-up, Shutdown และ Major Maintenance พร้อมประสานงานวิเคราะห์ปัญหากระบวนการผลิตและเครื่องจักรเพื่อลด Production Loss
- ดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร ระบบ Automation และ Energy Saving รวมถึงสนับสนุนการติดตั้ง ปรับปรุง และ Commissioning เครื่องจักรหรือระบบใหม่
- จัดทำมาตรฐานงานซ่อมบำรุง พัฒนา Technical Documentation และประยุกต์ใช้ Digital Maintenance, CMMS และ Data Analysis ในการบริหารงานซ่อมบำรุง
- ควบคุมงานซ่อมบำรุงให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย กฎหมาย และข้อกำหนดของบริษัท พร้อมบริหารจัดการอะไหล่ไฟฟ้า Critical Spare และผู้รับเหมา
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้และพัฒนาทักษะทีมช่างซ่อมบำรุง พร้อมส่งเสริมกิจกรรม Continuous Improvement และ Kaizen
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า (Electrical Engineering), วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าควบคุม, วิศวกรรมเมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ปริญญาตรี GPAX > 2.70)
- ยินดีรับนิสิตนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี (TOEIC > 550)
- มีทักษะด้านระบบไฟฟ้ากำลัง เครื่องมือวัด ระบบ Automation รวมถึง PLC (เช่น Siemens, Allen-Bradley), DCS (เช่น ABB) และ Robot ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- มีความรู้ด้าน AI และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้กับงานวิศวกรรมและการบำรุงรักษาได้
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเชิงเทคนิค ทำ Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำที่ อำเภอน้ำพอง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ได้
