Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการกระบวนการซื้อและขายสินค้า Gypsum และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น GBFS, Limestone, LC2, LC3, Fly Ash และผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น
- ศึกษาโครงสร้างต้นทุน ราคา และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอทางการค้าที่สามารถแข่งขันได้
- เจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขทางการค้ากับ Supplier และลูกค้า รวมถึงดำเนินการปิดการขาย
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการซื้อและขายสินค้า
- ศึกษาและค้นหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ Supplementary Cementitious Materials หรือ SCMs
- ขยายฐานลูกค้าและตลาดใหม่ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ พัฒนา Business Model และแนวทางการดำเนินธุรกิจเพื่อสร้างการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน
- วิเคราะห์ตลาด คู่แข่ง ความต้องการของลูกค้า และแนวโน้มอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนธุรกิจ
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับ Supplier ลูกค้า และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทางธุรกิจ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก เพื่อให้การดำเนินธุรกิจเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด เศรษฐศาสตร์ การค้าระหว่างประเทศ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Bachelor’s GPAX above 2.70 / Master’s GPAX above 3.30.)
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี และมีคะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย Business Development, International Trading หรือการจัดซื้อและขายสินค้าอุตสาหกรรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะด้านการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง และการปิดการขาย
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน ราคา ตลาด และโอกาสทางธุรกิจ
- มีความคิดเชิงพาณิชย์และสามารถพัฒนาแนวคิดหรือ Business Model ใหม่ได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- สามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจและบริหารจัดการผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความกระตือรือร้น กล้าแสดงออก และสามารถทำงานเชิงรุกได้
- สามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้า Supplier ได้
