Responsibilities
- Resource planning and work scheduling for planned and unplanned maintenance work.
- Prepare & timely review & take care of maintenance management system and maintenance program
- Manage and control quality of work, maintenance cost, work schedule, sub-contractor and maintenance crew, safety at work
- Troubleshooting, repair & overhauling equipment, and root cause analysis.
- Involvement in equipment or plant modification & improvement programs.
- Bidding for and bid evaluation of maintenance subcontractor.
- Lead maintenance crew to drive productivity improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Bachelor or 3.3 for Master
- 0-5 years of experience in Maintenance
- Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Prior experience in Petrochemical or Oil & Gas Plants is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Rayong province.
- TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
