Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Analyze production line issues using data analysis and identify root causes to improve efficiency and performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production yield, quality, and productivity
- Optimize plant performance by improving machine reliability and reducing operational costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, engineering) to implement improvement solutions
- Support ongoing projects related to manufacturing excellence and process optimization
Qualifications
Qualification:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (IE) or Electrical Engineering (EE)
- Minimum GPA of 2.70
- Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or above; score submission can be provided later)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to be based at SCG Roofing, Concrete Technology Department, Saraburi
